Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work within internal systems to approve new items, respond to tickets and inquiries from stores and suppliers.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Work with suppliers and merchants and provide support as needed.
- Work independently and manage one's own time.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings.
- May perform general ad hoc office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, or performing basic bookkeeping duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Advanced experience in Excel required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 4-6 years' experience required.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new things and apply them.
- Experience working with Suppliers preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a cross-functional team preferred.
CONTRACT: 7-month contract to start
HOURS: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
