    • Description: As a member of the Finance Program Management team , the PMO Analyst will partner with the Finance business teams to deliver global initiatives and projects for the Finance systems.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The PMO Analyst will work on several key tasks but not limited to the following:
    • Work closely with Business Users to document business and functional requirements
    • Support Program Managers by documenting business processes, pain points and requirements in a clear and concise manner and in a manner defined by standard project artifacts
    • Document current state and to-be business process flows using flow diagrams
    • Create end to end test plans, test scripts, and perform QA testing prior to user acceptance testing (UAT)
    • Hands-on testing with all Finance systems; validating results; documenting and troubleshooting issues
    • Lead business users throughout UAT alongside the IT team. This includes troubleshooting, managing defect log, collaborating with IT to implement fixes and retesting issues as resolved
    • Ability to debug/triage systems for certain behaviors and explain the issue(s) to IT and the solution(s) to the Business teams.
    • Ability to assist with data validation cycles with users, support creation of scenarios, troubleshooting, and creating training materials
    • Provide timely and effective reporting to respective Program Manager while identifying areas of risk
    • Participate in project and PMO team meetings
    • Support request for proposal (RFP) software selection process through preparation of business requirements and scope document
    • Build reports and dashboards
    • Other operational duties, as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BS in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems plus 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role OR 10-12 years of relevant experience
    • General understanding of key Finance business processes and how they intersect with each other is critical
    • Experience with Oracle EBS required and Hyperion Cloud preferred
    • Ability to create business process flows, functional specifications/user stories, and detailed test cases across Finance (S2P, R2R, OTC, FP&A, etc.)
    • Proficient in using both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, task management, communication, and organizational skills
    • Must be a collaborative, detail-oriented, delivery-oriented, and results-oriented strong critical thinker with an ability to think outside the box
    • Independent worker and go-getter, but also with excellent team skills
    • Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
