Job Description

Our client provides leave support to employers and employees by facilitating state and insurance claims on behalf of employees, and generating payroll files for employers for their upload to their respective payroll systems. Currently, this payroll process is extremely manual. They are in need of a very experienced contractor to help with the following:

• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables) to report payroll data
• Build out control checks in Excel/Google Sheets for accuracy
• Review payroll files prepared by other team members

Ideal candidate will:

• Have 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, analytics, or payroll (with emphasis on data analysis)
• Have advanced Excel skills - complex formulas and/or macros would be a plus
