Job Description
12 MONTH CONTRACT - FULLY REMOTE - $50/HR
Support recruiters and talent acquisition leadership by crafting, editing, and monitoring inclusive job postings according to research, existing guidelines, and industry best practices.
Design and write thoughtful email marketing campaigns that target specific audiences of talent. This might include emails for events, talent pools, or one-off/ad hoc needs.
Serve as the main point of contact for virtual recruiting events from beginning to end (ideation, planning, anticipating, execution, lead follow up).
Manage our company sponsored pages on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Fairygodboss, WayUp and Diversity Jobs. This might include developing the strategy for targeted ads, banners, texts, emails, articles, review responses, posts, etc.
Partner with Capital Group associates to develop an inclusive editorial calendar for employer branding social media content via Instagram, LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
Collaborate with an external ad agency to identify opportunities to promote one-off, hard-to-fill reqs.
Identify strategic thought leadership content via third party articles and input into a shared library database that over 600+ Capital Group users leverage for their LinkedIn feeds.
Recruitment Marketing or Talent Branding experience is preferred; we are also opened to experience in social media management, marketing analysis, digital media, talent acquisition or corporate communications.

You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful, and engaging. You've facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.
You have experience with social media strategies and planning
You enjoy reading writing. You love to research and have the confidence to write influential emails and communication pieces that are far-reaching (email campaigns, social media captions, etc.).
You actively research unconscious bias and you're sincerely aware of your blind spots. You have dedicated time and attention to studying various perspectives on inclusive topics, trends, and best practices.
You exercise good judgement and have a process for managing competing priorities. You are totally comfortable when priorities shift, and you manage change with steadfast composure.
