    TITLE: Sales Operations Analyst

    LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

    CONTRACT DURATION: 12 Months

    We have partnered with our Social Networking client to find an enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Sales Operations Associate, to partner closely with the Acquisition Sales Ops team. The Acquisition Sales Ops Team supports a 300-person sales development organization spread across five continents as well as a 20 person Acquisition and Engagement team of product consultants based in Omaha but supporting global English. We help our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and our Product Engagement Consultants (PECs) navigate a complex demand generation process and provide valuable insights for our business leaders. In addition, we partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, business operations, systems, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for technology, pay close attention to detail, and always be on the lookout for ways to improve our systems, demand gen, and sales prospecting processes. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, persevere when the going gets tough, and feel at home delivering high-quality work in an often ambiguous and rapidly changing business environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with sales compensation, sales ops project management, lead management, and CRM program management. As a Sales Operations Associate, you will have three key focus areas: sales compensation, lead routing, SFDC CRM program management IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR SALES COMPENSATION PARTNERS: Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives Be the expert on the Sales Development compensation plans for IC and Management Provide thought leadership to SD role changes that require compensation adjustment (pilots or long term shifts) Be the expert on quotas, owning the global quota model and providing recommendations and guidance to the business partners during the quota setting process - keeping the global team unified Partner with the Sales Compensation team. Keep them updated on any changes proposed and stay updated on any system or process impacts from their side to ours Build annual planning models to support quota allocation and compensation design Conduct in-depth analysis and determine if the payroll and quota are accurately reflecting the actual payroll and identify improvement areas and opportunities LEAD ROUTING: Liaise with our partners in DSO (Digital Strategy Organization) to align lead flow and lead routing as our business needs change Be the expert on the lead gen and lead routing processes, understanding lead routing rules and impacted systems to help troubleshoot when issues occur SFDC CRM PROGRAM MANAGEMENT Be the expert on the SD and A&E architecture of Salesforce for lead and opportunity management Liaise with our partners in Sales Productivity operations to prioritize production and enhancement requests to enhance the productivity or data capture for SD and A&E Partner with the systems team to ensure features in Salesforce are replicated in the new build of CRM This contractor role will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, Systems and Tools. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: ? 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, finance or a strategy-related role ? BA/BS degree or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a BA/BS degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ business/sales operations or sales compensation experience Lead management: Understanding of lead generation and routing processes from Marketing to the Sales team System savvy: Working knowledge with Salesforce or Dynamics 365, Marketo, Xactly, SaleLoft, etc Report and dashboard: Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with salesforce.com, MSFT Dynamics, PowerBI, Tableau or other relevant sales metric tools and programs Strong analytical skills: ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making using advanced Excel modeling Technically proficient (or strong interest in learning): SQL experience a plus Solid project/program management skills: ability to mobilize global and cross-functional teams towards a common goal Solution-oriented, customer service mindset: Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, and data visualization skills
