    Job Description

    DESCRIPTION: * Support the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and work closely with key stakeholders to build new features

     

    • Responsible for working with Technical Product Managers and business and translating

    the roadmap into crisp User Stories for data engineers to work on them

    • Understand the major solution components of our DTC ecommerce architecture.

    Consider requirements holistically. `

    • Lead the capture of architectural decisions and dependencies in project documentation

    templates and own the versioning of documentation (FSDs, templates, etc.) as updates trickle through during the project design and implementation phases

    • Interface with our product, technical partners and at times vendors, where needed, to

    facilitate meetings for business requirements definition, technical requirements elicitation, integration specification updates, data samples and articulate dependencies

    • Capture technical documentation on solution approach for specific project features
    • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and keeps the timelines intact
    • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision

    and analyze tradeoffs between time to market, resourcing, and performance

    • Be the go-to person for engineering to clarify any requirement
    • Track progress of the project and make sure it aligns with the product roadmap

    Years and Type of Experience Required:

    • 5+ years of business systems analyst experience in the Retail technology domain, with

    wide breadth across both POS and in-store applications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

    • Consumer Focused
    • Hands-on experience on SQL. Ability and willingness to get your hands dirty with large

    data sets, including querying and mapping.

    • Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive core KPI

    analysis.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally

    with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts

    • Flexible work hours to match overseas project implementations
    • Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications.
    • Experience Agile principles methodologies and how theyre applied in a workplace

    culture (SCRUM, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking etc

    • Use Jira to create User Stories, Task, etc
