• Swoon is hiring a Risk Operations Specialist for a client based in Arizona
• Fully remote position
• This is a 3 months contract​
• Benefits available​: Medical/Dental/Vision
• Looking to start March 1st 2022

·       A major company that creates tools that help sellers of all sizes start, run and grow their businesses. Their point-of-sale service offers tools for every part of running a business, from accepting credit cards and tracking inventory to real-time analytics and invoicing.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM IN THE RIGHT PLACE?

• Do you have 3+ years in a risk related role which includes customer support?
• Are you someone that can strongly pay attention to details?
• Do you have strong phone skills to handle inbound calls in a queue? 
• Can you spot fraudulent behavior?

WHAT EXACTLY WOULD A POSITION/TITLE DO AT THIS COMPANY?

• Monitor numerous real-time queues and review high-risk activity, requiring demonstrated decision-making and critical thinking skills across multiple Square products.
• Work through a daily incoming outbound queue and have strong phone skills.
• Use internal tools and third-party data to investigate and take appropriate action once risk is identified Spot trends and unusual behavior on seller accounts that could indicate a broader risk concern. Document, communicate and follow-up on trends.
• Contact and effectively communicate with customers and internal partners to ensure all SLAs are achieved with little or no supervision Ability to provide a great seller experience by contacting our sellers to help remedy/secure a seller's account is a must.
