Job Description

Looking for a Human Resource Service Analyst to join this growing team! The contract is 3-months long to start, with potential for extension if you are the right fit! The team is based in Tempe, Arizona and will be working Hybrid (onsite Monday and Wednesday & remote Tuesday, Thursday, Friday). You will be on the phone and working through HR queries and distribution to field calls and questions for the HR team. Happy to disuses the day to day responsibilities of the job if you are interested. 

We are looking for someone with: 

• A College or University degree and/or relevant work experience in human resources

• HRIS application tools/system knowledge (e.g. PeopleSoft, Service Now, Workday, etc.)

• Excellent oral and written communication

• Customer service orientation

• Analytical experience and skills

• Problem solving skills- willingness to find answers to queries

• Detail oriented

• Works effectively as a team member

• Basic knowledge of human resource programs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
