    Job Description

    As a seasoned professional, you will guide our clients’ from disconnected spiderweb systems to a humming HR Tech stack.

    You will combine strategy, technology, and client relationship expertise in short-term engagements with SwoopTalent’s customers, partners and prospects. Your mission: enable customers to realize the full potential of their HR Technology.

    How you will help us grow

    · Implement SwoopTalent’s data automation platform for HR and recruiting integrations and automation use cases, ensuring reliable deployments of software and happy, impressed clients

    · Produce feasibility tests, demos, and system designs on behalf of potential clients

    · Collaborate with customers to achieve technical milestones, pilot success, and production launches

    · Interpret product feedback in collaboration with our marketing and engineering teams

    · Drive customer satisfaction through training, best practices, and rollout support

    · Develop partners, resellers, and integrators for joint implementation work

    · Evangelize SwoopTalent’s capabilities through demos, workshops, events, or social techniques

    · Uncover new opportunities for SwoopTalent within existing customers

  • Qualifications

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts
    • 8+ years of experience in customer facing positions
    • Demonstrated experience with forming and implementing data and systems strategy, management, governance, and architecture, ideally in HR Technology
    • Proven track record of helping business customers/clients establish next generation data approaches and processes.
    • Be well versed in the ingestion, transformation, movement, sharing, stewardship, and quality of data and information.
    • Deep knowledge of technologies and markets that support data integration
    • Degree in information systems or computer science (Bachelor or Masters)A personality for remote delivery!

    • Experience in web technologies, architectures and services
    • Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning software and techniques
