We are looking for valued team members to help us manage our document processing procedures. Attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking, and independent working will be keys to success in this growing organization. You will be responsible for processing documents quickly and accurately as well as general administrative support to help customers create and build their businesses.
Job Duties:
- Managing a high-volume email inbox to ensure documents are uploaded to customer accounts in a timely fashion.
- Processing a large number of document transactions which include some variation.
- Focusing on process effectiveness with an emphasis on high-quality service and productivity.
- Coordinating document mailouts with other members of the team.
- Conducting some calls to state entities to research and ensure our processes are effective.
- Various projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years processing documents, data entry or other clerical/administrative work.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office/Google office
- Experience working with Adobe preferred
- Being Flexible, punctual and adaptable are all extremely important traits.

1 to 2x a week in office
