    We are seeking a Marketing Manager based out of our LA office. Responsible for supporting the overall marketing, communications and digital strategy for Sydell Group’s diverse portfolio of award-winning properties including NoMad New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas; the LINE LA, DC and Austin; Saguaro Palm Springs and Scottsdale; and the upcoming NoMad London and LINE San Francisco.

    Responsibilities

    Development and implementation of creative marketing initiatives to drive revenue for all hotel, food & beverage, and special event operations

    Attend and participate in weekly and monthly marketing meetings to review past performance and plan for future initiatives

    Work closely with culture, revenue and sales teams to identify email marketing goals

    Manage email marketing editorial calendar, database, and distribution

    Collect, load, test and deploy marketing and sales emails

    Update and optimize content on all 4 brand websites

    Monitor website functionality and SEO strategy

    Manage content on 3rd party channels to ensure digital presence is up to date and best represents and sells the properties

    Work with 3rd party vendors to aid in book direct initiatives

    Effectively communication marketing information to corporate stakeholders, GMs, DOSMs, DORMs

    Collaborate and work well within cross-functional team environment

    Analyze and prepare month end marketing reporting for operations and corporate team roll-up reports

    Establish and provide regular campaign analysis and reporting for all key marketing communications

    Work with creative and sales team as it pertains to design, copy and images for advertising requests ensuring brand standards are met

    Assist with retail, F&B, special event sales and other operational department marketing initiatives

    Conducts research and compiles feedback on competitors’ activities and market intelligence

    Core Competencies

    Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience in related field

    Hospitality marketing; hotel and/or food & beverage experience preferred

    Strong understanding of brands, digital marketing, and content marketing

    Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills

    Experience working with lifestyle brands

    Detail oriented and ability to work in fast paced environment

    Excellent delegation and time management skills

    Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe (Acrobat, Photoshop), and Google Suite
