The behavior technician will assist in implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA to deliver quality therapeutic services to each child. Services are rendered in Clinic, therefore no traveling is involved. We currently have an ongoing waitlist so desired hours are guaranteed. Requirements A. All RBT trainees must complete an RBT 40 hour course prior to starting work with SERC (and obtain a certificate). B. RBTs must register for an account with the BACB immediately at www.bacb.com. C. Competency assessments will be given approximately two weeks after course completion. It is highly recommended to begin studying as soon as the course is completed. D. The exam must be taken within 90 days of hire E. RBT course, application, exam (1 time) will be reimbursed by SERC.
