Job Description
The Account Manager is to work in conjunction with the CEO to maintain and increase the overall sales in the Harley Davidson Account. Key areas of responsibility for the Account Manager are described below.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The principle duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Administrative
The main function of the Account Manager is to be able to prospect new business. The Account Manager will be the point of contact for all inbound calls for the Harley Davidson. The Account Manager will handle all orders and quote requests from existing customers. The Account Manager will be responsible for completing and submitting vendor quotes, order forms, and spec sheets for all business in Harley Davidson. The Account Manager will also handle the art request function for Harley Davidson. Must learn Harley Davidson System and understanding contractual details. Responsible for all HD sales conventions and occasional travel.
Business Development
The Account Manager is responsible for all sales from existing customers in the assigned territory. This includes all orders that are sent by email or received by phone. The Account Manager is also responsible for cross-selling other products to existing customers as they place orders. The Account Manager will be responsible for following up on the DNP list in their territory. Will be responsible for outside sales.
