Interested in Robotics? Symbotic is looking passionate engineer to join our team for the summer as a Mechanical Engineering intern. This is a hands-on role, focused on mechanical design and analysis for all of our Robotic and other Material Handling technologies.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Mechanical design of mechanical parts, weldments and industrial structures.

• Selection of mechanical hardware and structural components such as fasteners, pins, inserts, keys, and raw stock and standard structural shapes.

• Responsible for modeling and drafting.

• Maintaining and generating BOMS.

• Using Solidworks and AutoCAD for layouts.
