Symbridge is looking for an Administrative Assistant for office operation and special projects. In addition to providing excellent receptionist duties, you will provide general office support and a variety of administrative support tasks.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be a core member of the office operations team and will report to the Executive Assistant. The ideal person for this role is an inquisitive and detail orientated individual.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Greet, assist and/or direct guests and clients
- Maintain clean and orderly reception area & conference rooms at all times so guests have appropriate client experience
- Remain at the front desk during heavy times (breakfast and lunch), and when awaiting guests
- Receive, direct and relay telephone calls
- Track and stock inventory for the office both kitchen and office supplies
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Oversee daily lunch delivery and seamless corporate account maintenance
- Assist EA in onboarding and offboarding of employees
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
- Minimum 1-2 years small office experience
- Positive and humble attitude and be a true team player
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Resourcefulness and be proactive with the ability to deal with issues as they arise
- Capacity to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance
