    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Developer is responsible for development of new software features and interfaces as well as troubleshooting and repairing software issues. The Developer will receive and integrate feedback from both internal and external users. They are also responsible for contributing to database design and creating data analysis queries as needed.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: College degree or equivalent required.

    Work Experience: Requires a minimum of two years' experience in the design and development of application software.

    Required Skills:

    • HTML,
    • JavaScript,
    • C#.
    • Familiarity with OOP, SaaS and software development best practices.
    • Ability to read and write complex T-SQL queries.
    • Ability to work independently and occasionally under tight deadlines.

    Recommended Skills:

    • NET MVC 5
    • LINQ
    • Entity Framework 6
    • Exposure to Dependency Injection libraries, specifically Ninject
    • C# Extension Methods
    • .NET Expressions
    • Razor Views
    • jQuery, including the creation of custom jQuery plugins

    Physical Guidelines: Ability to extend wrists/arms for up to eight hours/day; sit for up to eight hours/day; and work at computer terminal for up to eight hours/day.

    CORE DUTIES

    • Develops new software features and interfaces.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves software issues.
    • Contributes to database design.
    • Optimizes database performance.
    • Provides data analysis queries on request.
    • Implements data-analysis reports.
    • Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Interacts with staff, clients and payers as necessary
    • Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
    • Other duties as assigned
