  • Responsibilities

    Symetria Recovery seeks a Human Resources Administrator to provide first-line assistance to employees regarding general HR matters as well as supporting the HR department with various tasks.  Require excellent data entry skills, customer service skills, some familiarity with new hire, termination and general onboarding and STRONG attention to detail

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  PART TIME- 20 TO 25 HOURS a week to be worked between 4-5 days onsite at our Naperville location
    • Organize and maintains employee files both paper and electronic
    • Create employee badges
    • Coordinate all new hire paperwork, processing all internal steps for a new hire
    • Manage HR and Careers inbox, assist with general HR questions
    • Conducts new-hire orientation
    • Prepare email drafts, letters, reports, and general correspondence in support of HR activities
    • Work with marketing, clinical excellence, operations to fulfill general requests or to collect information and support the HR VP as needed with these requests
    • Support the team with general recruiting assistance
    • Works with our benefits broker to answer employee questions that come in
    • Perform other duties assigned
    • Assist in all administrative duties related to Human Resources

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND/OR REQUIREMENTS

    Must possess strong communication, organizational, and planning skills. Ability to handle all situations with poise, tact and diplomacy.  Should be able to maintain strict confidentiality.  Must be self-starter and highly motivated.  Successfully complete pre-employment drug test and background check.  Must have proof of U.S. Citizenship or have a valid work visa.

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Bachelor or Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience.  Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as some familiarity with ADP preferred. Possess strong writing, grammar, punctuation and edition skills.
