We are looking to hire mid-level and senior PHP/Symfony developers to join project work on a contract basis. This is a 1099 engagement, remote, and project-based.

    The Work

You'll be building and maintaining Symfony applications, working with APIs and integrations, and collaborating with project managers and clients to define and execute requirements. Code you write should be clean, testable, and something the next developer can actually work with.

    Mid-Level (3+ years PHP, 2+ years Symfony)

You're solid on the fundamentals and ready to execute on real projects with minimal oversight. You participate in code reviews, work within established architecture, and communicate clearly when requirements need clarification.

Senior (5+ years PHP, 3+ years Symfony)

You own architectural decisions, lead code reviews, and work directly with clients and stakeholders on technical strategy. You can identify performance issues before they become problems and make recommendations that hold up under scrutiny.

    Required for Both

    • Object-oriented design fundamentals
    • Doctrine ORM and dependency injection
    • Docker-based development environments
