The EA Agency protects families with term life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index universal life, and debt elimination by utilizing our proprietary technology and sales process. There is no cold calling , our clients fill out a form requesting information and our assistance. As a field underwriter, you will call to set up appointments (virtually as needed) to meet with them in their home or via video to help them apply for the coverage. If you aren't licensed, our fast-track licensing program will get you licensed and earn money quickly. Job Details: No experience is necessary. Agents that have followed our process have earned between $525 - $700 per application. Full-time field underwriters write an average of 3-7 applications per week with the ability to earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months, based entirely on performance, and there are no quotas forced on them. New agents can earn 15% of commission raises in their first 3-4 months. Compensation- Commission Only We offer a variety of different bonuses paid out monthly and annually. We have agents now averaging 12-15 sales per week using our virtual business model!
