The Penso Agency is looking for MOTIVATED, CAREER-MINDED individuals to join our team. We help families protect their homes, specializing in Mortgage Protection Insurance, Life Insurance, Final Expense, and Retirement Planning. Our agents can also offer Critical Illness, Disability, Whole Life, IUL's, and Annuities. Our goal is to serve and educate our clients; providing solutions to help them protect their family and future.

WHAT WE DO

Each week our company mails out thousands of letters to people who just purchased or refinanced a home. Clients who are interested in our product fill out a questionnaire, mail it back, and wait for a response from one of our agents. We then follow up with more information on insurance products that can pay off their home in the event of death or pay their bills in the event of a disability or critical illness.

HOW IT WORKS

NO COLD CALLING! Warm leads are available each week to get you in front of homeowners who are already interested in our products. They have already provided their personal information for us to contact them. We call the leads, set up appointments to meet with their family, and provide solutions for them within their budget. Then you get paid!

WHAT WE NEED

Dedicated and driven individuals to:

1. Contact leads
2. Set appointments
3. Virtual Zoom Appointments for 30-45 minutes to help HOMEOWNERS COMPLETE AN application for insurance
4. Submit the application for coverage
5. Get paid commission on the sale

REQUIREMENTS

1. Open, honest, and productive communication
2. Self-motivated
3. Coachable
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to a proven system
5. Possess, or be willing to obtain a life insurance license (We can help with this)
6. Computer_/_Laptop with a stable internet connection and basic computer skills
