 Business Partner, Expansion Expert, and Proven Leader Symmetry Financial Group is seeking highly motivated, growth oriented individuals to join our team, helping American families protect their homes. We are currently looking for representatives ranging from entry level to experienced professionals seeking a different, more rewarding career and lifestyle. Here at Symmetry, we give homeowners the opportunity to protect their family, should one of their primary income earners unexpectedly become ill, disabled, or pass away. These families have expressed interest in our coverage through the direct mail lead system we own and operate, as well as the lead generation system located at our Corporate Office. This position would be an uncapped commission based position with the opportunity to reach 120% and partake in the SFG equity bonus program. Management candidates do have the opportunity to build residual income based on team production. Full time positions should be 125k-246k first year with $12,500 in bonuses in the first 120 days. Part time positions should be 60k-100k first year with $5,000 in bonuses in the first 120 days. Management roles get into the multiple 6 figures.
