    SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE. WORK WHEN YOU WANT TO WORK.

    Example of most agent’s weeks:

    • 2 – 3 days: Setting phone appointments from WARM leads.
    • 3 – 4 days: Meeting with families virtually. (Appointments 30 minutes to an hour)
    • 1 day: Following-up with carriers

    THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED SALES POSITION. The average commission is around $500 per sale. Agents sell anywhere from 2 to 12 sales per week (depending on part-time / full-time status)

    • PART-TIME 1-2 SALES PER WEEK. $25,000 - $50,000/YEAR INCOME
    • AVERAGE FULL-TIME 3-5 SALES PER WEEK. $75,000 - $125,000/YEAR INCOME
    • ABOVE AVERAGE FULL-TIME 6-8 SALES PER WEEK. $150,000 - $200,000/YEAR INCOME
    • EXCEPTIONAL FULL-TIME 9-12 SALES PER WEEK. $225,000 - $300,000/YEAR INCOME

    These are based on the starting commission level of 70%. Agents can receive a 5% raise every 2 months by hitting very attainable production goal. We have agents now averaging 12-15 sales a week using our webinar-based model!

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Have OR will acquire a State Certified Life and Health Insurance Producer License
    • Legal resident of the United States of America and 18 years of age
    • Comfortable talking over the phone with potential clients
    • Performance driven, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
    • Confident, positive attitude, GROWTH-MINDED

    We’re interviewing for immediate positions. This position does require a Life and Health license issued by the state, for the right person we're willing to help you obtain one. If you currently have a license, we can get you started right away. Our job is not to be your boss. It's to be a mentor and provide one on one support to help you be successful. Our company training and mentorship cultivate LEADERSHIP AND SUCCESS. You do need to be coachable, be willing to plug in and follow that proven path to success and put in the activity it takes to get there.
