It is important to have a steady stream of interested clients and fortunately, this is exactly what our system does; we put you in front of qualified leads and no cold calling is involved!
POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Independent Insurance Sales Agent will help to develop relationships with potential customers. Independent Sales Agents describe and explain different types of insurance coverage and policies, offering recommendations for each client. Our Agents will have the opportunity to work in differing areas, including but not limited to: life, supplemental health and annuities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Explain insurance coverage and offer insurance advice for prospective and existing customers to help them feel connected to our insurance options
Develop and foster relationships with customers to gather additional information, responding to questions regarding quotes and services, and following up with prospective customers
Strictly adhere to specifically defined and detailed company processes and procedures
Respond to inquiries, which includes monitoring emails and digital communication channels, researching industry trends, resolving billing issues, making policy recommendations and revisions, and correcting company records
Responsible for meeting individual and team monthly, quarterly and annual goals (service and quality) while working in a team environment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume insurance sales environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Self-motivated and understands your worth
Licensed (or willingness to become licensed)
Coachable and eager to learn
A person of integrity that has a passion for helping others
COMPENSATION
Part-time 1-2 sales/week: $450 - $900/week, $25,000 - $50,000/year
Average 3-5 sales/week: $1,350 - $2,250k/week, $75,000 - $125,000/year
Above Average 6-8 sales/week: $2,700 - $3,600k/week, $150,000 - $200,000/year
