Part Time: $26,000-$52,000 ANNUALLY.
Full Time (Average Producer): $78,000-$104,000 ANNUALLY.

NO COLD CALLING OR DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES! You will reach out, via phone to people who have requested our services via our CUTTING-EDGE LEAD GENERATION PROGRAM. Usually, these are people that have recently purchased or refinanced a home and are now keenly aware of their long-term debt obligations, and consequently have requested additional information about MORTGAGE PROTECTION LIFE INSURANCE. Once we have the mortgage protection life insurance in place for the client, we can then discuss other needs, such as Debt Free life, Retirement Planning, and Annuities, which provides additional substantial commission income opportunities for agents!
Additionally, given the recent pandemic, we are now working almost 100% remotely, via phone calls, emails, and virtual zoom meetings. No more driving all over town to meet with clients who oftentimes do not even show up for the appointment.

THE PAY IS 100% COMMISSION INCOME, BASED ON PERSONAL PRODUCTION AND TEAM PRODUCTION.

PART TIME, 1-2 sales week | $500 - $1,000 week | $26,000 - $52,000 YEAR.
FULL TIME AVERAGE, 3-4 sales week | $1,500 - $2,000 week | $78,000 - $104,000 YEAR.
FULL TIME ABOVE AVERAGE, 6-8 sales week | $3,000 - $4,000 week | $156,000 - $208,000 YEAR.
FULL TIME ELITE*: __ 12-16+ sales week | $6,000 - $8,000+ week | $312,000 - $416,000+ YEAR.
*top 10% nationwide, some with Symmetry for less than a year, averaging 12-16+ electronic applications weekly using our proprietary lead system, power dialer, contact management system, and web based selling model!
AGENCY OWNER INCOME*:
Earn PASSIVE MONTHLY OVERRIDE INCOME** from the production of YOUR ENTIRE TEAM (direct and __ multiple levels down), and as your team grows, your income grows!
Your Team with 5 writers - $3,750-$5,000 monthly.
Your Team with 10 writers - $7,500-$10,000 monthly.

Your Team with 75 writers - $56,250-$75,000 monthly.

_*_REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME AN AGENCY OWNER - Minimum of $30k net placed monthly premiums, includes personal production and ALL your team members production, direct and multiple levels down, for 3 consecutive months with a minimum team of 6 sales agents and you must be at a 95% Symmetry commission level.
**AGENCY OWNER INCOME ESTIMATES - Based on an average of $5K net placed premium monthly per writer, and a 20% average override commission.
