We specialize in custom siding and windows, painting, and exterior maintenance for both residential and commercial applications.Job Basics:· Cleaning windows interior/exterior· Pressure/power/soft washing homes, roofs, patios, and driveways· Cleaning gutters· M-F, 7 am - 4 pm, mostly in the greater Seattle area

What we require:

· Valid Driver's license and clean driving record· No experience necessary for entry level position we will train you (experience in window/exterior cleaning or pressure washing is a plus)

· Professional track record of accountability and honesty (we check references)

· If hired, pass a drug screen test, and background check

· Able to work independently, lift 50 lbs., and not be afraid of heights

· Compliance with Covid-19 construction mandates (temperature taking, wearing a mask, sanitizing work stations, following quarantine regulations if necessary, and more)
