    Active Secret Clearance and DoD 8570 Certification Required.  

    The project will encompass the building of the hosting infrastructure within the Datacenter, testing and validation of design, user data migration, and government acceptance testing. In addition a continuity of operations (COOP) solution will be developed to provide capabilities during a disaster situation. Candidates should be familiar with Department of Defense or other secure environments, a general understanding of engineering lifecycles and milestones, deadlines, and government process would also be helpful for this program.

    Candidate will provide IA Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and must be experienced with preparing and maintaining accreditation documentation and artifacts in accordance with DITSCAP/DIACAP policy for DoD programs. Candidate should be experienced with reviewing security architecture and design diagrams detailing ports, protocols, etc. Experienced with DoD IAVM tracking and reporting. Experienced with implementing IA Best Practices and formulating remediation guidance for technologies such as Windows Server Operating Systems, Web Technologies and Hardware/Software Virtualization. Perform and/or evaluate vulnerability scans on production and integration systems utilizing approved network scanning tools and appropriate Government provided software and scanning tools such as ACAS, Gold Disk, Unix and Oracle SRR scripts. Experience performing Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E), directing remediation efforts, building Residual Risk Reports and tracking POA&M. Experience performing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and knowledge of best practices protecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Prepare activity and status reports. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team environment. Candidate will at times work directly with customer representatives and be required to develop and report present task status

    Qualifications:

    Requires 5+ years of information systems security experience or related field Subject matter expert knowledge for specific and general industry security practices

    Understanding and Experience with: VMware Virtualization Technologies Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory technology Excellent server operating systems knowledge (Windows and Linux) Network devices to include Cisco, and Juniper

    Education:

    Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
