Synaptic Incorporated is based out of the centrally located, Independence, OH, and currently looking for candidates local to the area to join their team ASAP (This is NOT a remote position). Synaptic works with a number of clients, and they need representation throughout the Cleveland, Akron, and Canton areas. Synaptic has created some of the best young marketing professionals in the industry with their PAID training program!

THE ROLE:

You will be joining an upbeat and motivated team on an entry-level basis, you'll provide marketing support for lead generation and building brand awareness. The company has two objectives; to become the market leader and to retain customer loyalty. Some of the duties include but are not limited to:

• Organizing marketing events and tradeshows at our private retail venues
• Work with Market Director on creating marketing plans
• Ensure all advertising material is ready for private events
• Promote products and services with advertising material and effective communication
• Promotion of our client's products and services to customers on a face-to-face basis
• Meet quota of a small number of sales daily
• Input all consumer data in web portals accurately
