Due to Synaptic's recent expansion to the area we are in need of new Customer Service Sales Representatives. We are seeking individuals that are seeking opportunities for growth and development as our firm offers both a personal as well as professional capacity.

Description

The Customer Service Sales Representative is expected to learn basic sales processes and represent Synaptic with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. The Customer Service Sales Representative will provide outstanding brand representation on behalf of Synaptic's clients. The Representative will also represent the clients' brands at retailers and maintain a solid relationship with store personnel. The Representative is expected to attend daily meetings to improve product understanding and knowledge but also further their own knowledge with their own means. The Representative will educate interested customers on the products and services of clients and assist customers in completing all necessary sales processes.

REQUIREMENTS

We would prefer the applicant to have experience in the following areas:

• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, brand management, marketing, or similar area

We require a high school degree and prefer at least 2 years of college with specialization in the following areas:

• Communications, Sales, Retail, Hospitality, Business, Business Management, Business Administration or similar areas
