Synaptic Incorporated has an immediate opening for a Sales Customer Relations Specialist for our newest retail location.

You will serve as the voice for our client’s brand and as a voice for Synaptic Incorporated to humanize the brand and provide direct, two-way consumer engagement. This position will handle the daily customer service management of a variety of brands and products by doing face-to-face interaction in our partnered retail locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Provides support to customers in real-time

• Develop an appropriate response to the particular consumer’s questions or concerns

• Recognizes customer trends and recommends actionable solutions

• Supports and protects nationally recognized brand by providing nothing but the best customer

• Member incentives and program knowledge

• Face to Face presentations

• Learn the campaign process, client products and services, and sales process

• Train new associates when needed

• Represent one or more of Synaptic Incorporated's brand name clients

• Implement promotional events

REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in customer service with demonstrated proficiency in advertising, public relations, marketing, retail, or related field is required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to implement face to face presentations

• Experience multi-tasking, using both sides of your brain at one time

• Ability to manage multiple brands and a variety of strategies

• Proven resourcefulness, creativity, and organizational skills

• Ability to use mobile applications

• Proven passion and curiosity around the growing field of technology

• Talent to work independently

• Speed that does not compromise quality

• Aptitude to come up with fresh ideas
