The Order Selector is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the shipping platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Selector is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all orders filled. 
Essential Job Functions 
Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.Assemble various types of merchandise for shipment.Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment.Tag or mark orders as requested.Repack and weigh orders that require such handling when necessary.Report quality variances.Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Conduct physical inventories as required.Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.Comply with OSHA, SQF, and MSDS standards.Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities) 
Must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly.
Familiarity with material handling and radio frequency equipment is required.
Must be capable of moving throughout the facility during entire shift.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
