A career with SyncHR will offer you unique opportunities to grow and advance your career.</p><p><strong>About this Job</strong></p><p>The Benefits Implementation Functional Consultant has responsibility for supporting the success of client implementations. The consultant must have Benefits knowledge and experience with a full implementation Software Delivery Life Cycle (<span class="caps">SDLC</span>).</p><p>We offer an outstanding opportunity to grow with our company in addition to a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes stock options. We are also committed to maintaining a challenging yet fun and rewarding workplace.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Execute the day-to-day activities of implementation engagements for a variety of clients including: gathering and analyzing requirements and data, reviewing and mapping SyncHR business processes to best support client, configuring the software, testing the solution, and training the client</p><p>• Review business processes and advise clients on system services available within the SyncHR application</p><p>• Identify and communicate findings (such as process recommendations, issues/risks, etc.) to project manager and client personnel</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>• 3 years of Benefits knowledge</p><p>• 3 years of <span class="caps">HCM</span> implementation and/or upgrade experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, <span class="caps">SAP</span>, Lawson, <span class="caps">ADP</span>, Ceridian or other traditional <span class="caps">ERP</span> <span class="caps">HCM</span> (HR, Benefits, and Payroll) systems/applications</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university</p><p>• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level</p><p>• Detailed understanding of <span class="caps">ERP</span> System concepts and general module functionality</p><p>• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)</p><p>• Excellent presentation skills</p><p>• Combine patience, determination, and persistence to troubleshoot client issues</p><p>• Dynamic, results-oriented problem solver</p><p>• Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions</p><p>• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</p><p>• Thrive in a team environment and work well with others</p><p>• Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently</p><p>• Minimal travel as projects are worked remotely</p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><p>• Advanced Excel experience, understanding of <span class="caps">VBA</span> and macros</p><p>If you find this opportunity interesting, please send us your CV.</p><p>Only short listed candidates will be approached.</p>
