Syndeo Staffing is seeking a temp-to-hire General Laborer to work as an NDT Assistant for a local metal processing company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an aircraft or manufacturing setting and a favorable work history with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Schedule: 6 am – 2:30 pm

Hourly Pay: $15-16 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Unbox parts and verify quantity and part configuration against the internal work order
• Rack and dip parts; use overhead crane to immerse parts basket into penetrant
• Clean aluminum before inspections; inspect and identify material and related documentation as required by the specifications.
• Manually transfer parts into trays
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing (NDT techniques helpful but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic computer skills

Requirements:

• Requires the ability to see yellow-green colors
• _Must be able to read & write in English _
• Aprons, waterproof footwear, and all necessary PPE will be provided.
• Pre-employment drug screening and randoms will be obligatory as a safety-sensitive position requirement.
