Syndeo Staffing is in search of a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for a property management company.  The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and preform duties of the day to day operations of a local apartment community. 

The office and maintenance teams work closely together to ensure an enjoyable community for the tenants. As the Maintenance Technician your duties will include maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the community,  assistance in completing the make-ready process for vacant units, completing apartment work order requests.

Business hours will be Monday– Friday 8am-5pm. Pay will be $13-15/ hour with shared on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.   As a permanent employee, you will be offered an excellent monthly discount when you live on the property.  Our client also offers a robust medical and dental benefits package, along with 100% match on 6% of your 401K contributions!  

 Minimum qualifications include:

• HVAC Certification required
• Well-rounded technical maintenance skill set with basic plumbing knowledge
• Prefer experience completing work orders and preparing ‘make ready’ units
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and willingness to lead in a team environment
• Consistent work history and verifiable references
• Valid driver's license required
