Joe Winkles and Ravi Budruk with Mindshare are currently looking for a DRAM Technology Instructor.

JOB DESCRIPTION KEY BULLETS:

• Minimum of 5 years experience after college graduation in computer hardware design industry
• BS EE minimum
• Experienced in the DRAM memory technology area. Knowledge of DDR5/LPDDR5 memory a plus but not required. Prior DRAM memory technology knowledge a must.
• Designed a DRAM controller or validated/done verification work related to DRAM and DRAM channel. Comfortable with both analog and digital aspects of DRAM technology.
• Has read through and understands JEDEC DRAM related specifications
• Understands DRAM initialization process
• Knowledge in computer architecture in general a must
• Some knowledge in PCI Express and other IO bus architecture technologies
• Has taught or knows themselves to be an excellent presenter
• Work from home, teach virtually, but willing to do some travel to teach
• Will primarily instruct MindShare’s DRAM DDR5/LPDDR5 Architecture course.

COMPENSATION:

• $120k-$150k
• Medical / Dental for individual or family. Deductible exists, but MindShare pays most of it.
• Small Employer Pension (SEP) after minimum 1 year of excellent service
• Bonus for excellent work
• % MindShare Shares w/ profit sharing at some future time after dedicated service
