    Syndeo has a temp-to-hire opportunity for an Office Coordinator to work with well-known a local fraternal society that focuses on helping kids through their hospitals and free medical care. We are looking for someone to work 20-25 hours per week working each afternoon Mon-Fri. You will be responsible for showing the ballroom for rentals to the fraternity members, creating booklets/newsletters, bank deposits, A/P & A/R.

    Duties

    • Perform a variety of administrative functions, including correspondence, data entry, processing paperwork, filing, and administrative support.
    • Field customer calls
    • Take payments for membership dues and event tickets
    • Accounts payable & receivable
    • Requires high level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Must be reliable, a self-starter, and have excellent multi-tasking skills

    Requirements

    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication required

    Rate of Pay - $15-16 /hour

    Schedule- Monday – Friday 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
