    SYNDEO HAS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY FOR A CORPORATE PILOT FOR A LOCAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES PROVIDER THAT FOCUSES ON SUSTAINING RENEWABLE ENERGY.   BASED IN COLWICH, KANSAS, THE CORPORATE PILOT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FLYING THE CORPORATE TEAM APPROXIMATELY 3-4 DAYS PER WEEK, WITH A FEW OVERNIGHT TRIPS PER MONTH. 

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of aircraft to support customer travel needs.

    • Performs all pilot planning duties including: filing flight plans, obtaining all flight, weather and airport operations information and ground transportation needs.

    • Ensures line services, including aircraft fueling, cleaning, and preparation are performed. Ensures aircraft is stocked with necessary provisions.

    • Perform pre/post flight inspections and procedures on aircraft.

    • Maintains flight records, aircraft maintenance logs, trend monitoring data and other records required by company policy or federal authority. Maintains and performs aircraft database and navigation chart updates and pilot duty records.

    • Reports all aircraft maintenance issues and communicates aircraft maintenance needs with mechanics.

    • Performs maintenance test flights as needed.

    • Assists with aircraft sales efforts when needed.

    • Performs other responsibilities in support of overall AMG business operations.

    • Conducts occasional flights in support of mission and humanitarian organizations.

    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • FAA AIRLINE TRANSPORT PILOT OR COMMERCIAL PILOT CERTIFICATE WITH INSTRUMENT RATING
    • FAA SECOND CLASS MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
    • 2 YEARS’ CORPORATE FLIGHT EXPERIENCE
    • 2,000 TOTAL FLYING HOURS WITH A MINIMUM 1,500 HOURS AS PIC
    • 1,000 HOURS IN MULTI-ENGINE AIRCRAFT WITH A MINIMUM 800 HOURS AS PIC
    • Knowledge of aircraft systems and basic computer skills
