Your responsibilities encompass both cooking, dishwashing, and cleaning duties, contributing to the overall success of the coffee shop. Your key duties and responsibilities include:

    Cooking Responsibilities:

    1. Food Preparation:

    - Prepare menu items according to established recipes and menu specifications.

    - Ensure that food items are cooked to perfection, meeting quality and presentation standards.

    2. Ingredient Management:

    - Help in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients, notifying the manager or supervisor when items need to be restocked.

    - Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent spoilage and ensure food safety.

    3. Cooking Equipment:

    - Operate kitchen equipment, such as stovetops, ovens, and fryers, safely and efficiently.

    - Keep cooking equipment clean and well-maintained.

    4. Plating and Presentation:

    - Assemble and garnish dishes in an appealing and consistent manner.

    - Pay attention to portion control and presentation details to enhance the dining experience.

    5. Food Safety and Hygiene:

    - Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

    - Monitor food temperatures and ensure that food storage practices meet health and safety regulations.

    6. Dishwashing and Cleaning:

    - Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment.

    - Ensure that all kitchen equipment, including cookware and utensils, are cleaned and sanitized.

    - Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles regularly.

    7. Organization:

    - Keep the dishwashing area organized and free from clutter, ensuring efficient workflow.

    - Restock clean dishes and utensils in their designated storage areas.

    8. Team Collaboration:

    - Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

    9. Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

    - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to food safety, cleanliness, and dishwashing.

    10. Flexibility:
