Job Description
A LUXURY FASHION BRAND is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST to join their team on a temporary basis, ASAP. This role will be fully remote, and the candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Pay: $18+/hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Offer service support to clients purchasing off the website
Service support consisting of assisting clients with order status, product returns/refunds, product quality discrepancies, and general product inquiries
Responsible for product upselling, sales conversions and proactively reaching out to clients regarding new collections, sales events, etc.
Support inbound client contacts requiring the need to adhere to the provided work schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Retail industry and contact center sales experience preferred; prior experience supporting a luxury retailer/industry a plus
MUST be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Organized, detail oriented, and a positive approach to work
