Job Description

A well-known retail brand is looking for an organized Email/CRM Manager that must have experience working with a loyalty program and third-party credit card vendors that will support a new launch. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable managing various campaigns, developing analytics reports, implementing strategies, creating email templates that align with brand, and collaborating with other teams and/or departments. This position requires a dedication of 35-40 hours per week and candidate will need to join several (virtual) meetings between 9am – 5pm.

DUTIES:

• Optimize email campaign strategy for launch of new credit card program
• Coordinate email activities across email execution and creative teams as well as third-party partners
• Set up email tags and reporting to monitor performance
• Contribute to other marketing activities across digital, catalog, site, and direct email
• Developing highly personalized and dynamic email templates

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a related Email/ CRM role
• Must have experience in credit card and/or loyalty program marketing
• Strong project management skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
