    Job Description

    Description: Supports US O2C processes for US acting as a key liaison between country and HUB Enabling the execution of quality services. Support management in ensuring risks are recognized and mitigated in a timely in a manner that protects Maintains the highest quality of Accounts Receivables and preserves positive relationships with customers. Works with HUB to align on goals and KPIs are being delivered, leading continuous improvement projects to provide highly effective and efficient end-to-end processes to the divisions. Supports transitions and knowledge transfer, monitoring critical deliverables Supports processes are migrated to the Business Case as per agreed timelines Operational O2C oversight to provide services at expected levels with a clear customer focus, including handling the exceptions. Provides functional guidance to the team members. Interacts proactively within country, HUB and Divisions to ensure accurate accounting, and financial reporting. Resolve all escalated issues and disputes. Maintain good relationship with Customers Collaborates with key stakeholders, including accounting authorities/auditors Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for related policies and processes Serves as the Super User for Deductions, RPA, RM and actively initiate and participate in improvements , realize cost reduction opportunities including areas to standardize processes to optimize investments made in global ERP/SAP systems and financial services Support the measurement and delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets Ensure all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, fully documented, in line with standards and consistent with best practices and aligned with the Finance Core Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements and implementation in internal guidelines Ensure application of agreed control procedures and actively support to deliver SOX certification Promote a strong, collaborative and control environment; following up on audit issues and implement correcting measures Actively support working style by being inclusive, proactive, respectful, and results driven in alignment with values and behavior's Customer Service focused to enable HUB to deliver a high-performing organization and drive improvement/standard solutions while cultivating customer service focus culture Customer satisfaction of service delivery and process specific KPIs in accordance with agreed SLAs Stable services including those of outsourced operations, no control issues Successful roll out of standard CORE systems and processes Proactively challenge the Status Quo, making fact based recommendations Manage day-to-day activities like: Manage pending order release, timely Enabling the execution of quality services through prioritization and deductions monitoring Handles escalations and calls with customer Conduct deduction research and facilitate back and forth communication with stakeholders to help drive operational efficiency Proactively identifies issues and updates HUB Serves as the Super User for Deductions, RPA, RM Support the measurement and delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets

    Qualifications: Bachelors/Associates Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant working experience Lean/ Six Sigma Certified preferred Speaks English; French preferred 4-6 years of Financial experience, with in-depth O2C expertise Ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization Previous experience in project management, transitions Experience of managing projects driving performance (e.g. ERP implementation. RPA) Good people skills Skills in the following: Accounts Receivable Accounting Audit SAP SOX Excel PowerPoint Communication People Management Business Case Customer Service Oriented Retail Sales Sarbanes Oxley Self Motivated
