Client: BASF
Contract role for 1 year with possibility of extension based on performance.
Hours/schedule: This position will be 20-30 hours a week, mainly days but with some flexibility to hours.
Hybrid position- CW will need to be mainly onsite initially for the training phase, but will be able to be hybrid/remote once trained.
Description:
Successfully engage in quality monitoring for both direct and indirect suppliers.
Support on identifying suppliers for performance improvement opportunities and potential audits.
Develop knowledge around SAP and other applications for further the supplier quality program.
Effectively collaborating within the group, working closely with other Procurement functions, as well as with colleagues from Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality.
Qualifications:
Leverage undergraduate education in supply chain, procurement, engineering to drive continuous improvement.
Preference towards students in their 3d or 4th year BS program or in after grad programs.

Technical Certification Bonus:

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
