Job Description

Major Agricultural and Chemical company seeking a Sample Administrator __ to join their Florham Park, NJ team! You will handle a variety of projects to support and improve the organization's network systems.

6 MONTH CONTRACT - RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor Lotus Notes sample request database(s) for sample requests 
• Create SAP sample sales orders 
• Ensure sample orders abide by defined business rules 
• Create SAP purchase orders 
• Request new customer set-up from Customer Master Data team as required 
• Monitor orders for Product Regulatory and Customs blocks and follow up as required 
• Send order confirmation when orders are completed 
• Notify and communicate with sample requestor when sample material is not available or will be delayed 
• Create and run monthly activity reports as required.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2-4 years of Supply Chain and Customer Care (corporate) background preferred
• Experience using SAP software
• High School Diploma required
• Ability to work full time schedule
