Call Center Agent should be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Agent will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, obtain inquiry information and book patients in Medical EHR System and handling customer questions and complaints. Agent must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Agent should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent Customer Service
Great Attitude
Ability to Multi-task
Must be able to pass a routine background check and drug screen
Experience
Customer service experience preferred and familiarity with CRM system a plus. Knowledge of general medical terminology preferred.
