    Job Description

    Synergy Bioscience is a start-up pharmaceutical product development, laboratory testing, and consulting services company serving the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries.

     

    We are looking for a deadline-focused recruiter who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists for different contract and full-time positions. The recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

    - Sourcing and screening potential candidates.

    - Increasing the number of qualified applicants in our database

    - Analyzing candidate information, using our database, to determine matches between candidates and project requirements.

    - Prioritizing and tracking job orders to fulfill client needs

    - Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with consultants.

    - Performing background and reference checks.

    - Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

    - Offering job positions and helping with completing the relevant paperwork.

    - Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on their application process.

    - Familiarize yourself with industry trends, including clients and market.

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    - 5+ years of experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

    - Agility to fully leverage technology tools to deliver more results effectively

    - Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills

    - Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute plans

    - Proficiency in using computer software (Word, Excel, .. etc.), calendaring, and shared drives.
