Synergy Companies is looking to hire a full-time telemarketer for the Stockton office.
We are looking for an enthusiastic tELEMARKETER to generate appointments for our Energy Specialists. You will be responsible for setting appointments that our Energy Specialists attend to enroll the customer into various Energy Savings Assistance Programs offered by utilities.
Responsibilities
- Calling people using a lead list to schedule appointments for Energy Saving Assistance Programs
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Provide information about the programs to potential customers
- Ask pertinent questions to understand if the customer is eligible for the program
- Describe the documentation needed by the customer to complete the enrollment process
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a calendar system for appointments
- Go the “extra mile” to meet quotas and facilitate future enrollments
- Keep records of calls and record useful information
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (Gmail Suite) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Persistent and results-oriented
