    Job Description

    Wine, Spirits & Beer Distribution company looking to grow our Liquor & Spirits Team & Sales! The focus of this position will be to build distribution across our spirits portfolio, and act as an ambassadors and experts for our spirits portfolio. We are seeking motivated, experienced candidates who possess excellent service and time management skills. Positions may require evening and weekend hours as needed to meet the schedules of all clients and to coordinate training events, wine dinners, etc. We offer competitive salary and commission, medical, dental and 401k, as well as additional incentives. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to meet sales goals, can establish new accounts, build business in existing accounts, and to increase overall distribution.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Spirits portfolio strategy development and implementation. • In-market activities and relationship development including training & development • Promote and demonstrate overall spirits knowledge to increase sales among high profile restaurants and retail accounts. • Make sales calls designated accounts to cultivate customer relations and satisfaction with service provided. • Participate in sales meetings and on-site training to remain educated in company policy and industry trends/developments • Create, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established customer accounts. (i.e., product launches and tastings). • Work flexible hours which may include early morning, evenings, and weekends. Overnight may be occasionally necessary. Additional hours required during the peak season of October, November and December

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Working knowledge of wine and spirits industry REQUIRED. • 3-5 Years of Sales experience in Hospitality/Restaurant/Spirits industry • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills; specifically, must be able to stay focused and motivated in maintaining a high level of service to accounts. • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Ability to drive and maintain a valid and/or current driver’s license

    • Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities on tight deadlines and maintain high level of quality
