We are looking for Construction Attorney at Scottsdale, AZ for full time permanent position.

Role: Construction Attorney

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Duration: Permanent Position

Required skill: 

• 2+ years of construction experience in Construction Business Unit
• Ideal candidates will have courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience;
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience handling construction claims including litigation and/or arbitration; preparation of construction industry contracts for owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals considered a plus.
• Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic.
• All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and must be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona
