• experienced attorney with 5-10 years of experience for insurance regulatory practice.
• This attorney will be responsible for managing/assisting in regulatory investigations, in creating captives, agencies, and other corporate structures to aid entrants into the insurance market, and arbitrating reinsurance disputes.
• This attorney will be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types.
• Previous knowledge of insurance regulations is helpful. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic.
• Strong academic credentials are essential. All candidates must be licensed in their home jurisdiction or must be eligible for admission.
