Must Have:

• Extensive IAM Experience - PING

• Architecture/Design: must have experience leading other resources and driving deliverables in a large complex organization.

  ** Recent PING Experience: "We are looking for people who can take the use cases and configure and make it happen in PING and then document the whole process into the solution design."

Technical Requirements:

1. Overall 15+ years of hands-on working experience in the Identity and Access Management area at the enterprise level.
2. Must be able to produce architectural patterns and solution design documents based on refined business requirements.
3. A hands-on technical experience is required to conduct the POC and solution design in a development environment. Should have some development experience in building POC and prototypes.
4. Must have LDAP and Active Directory integration experience.
5. Must be an expert in Authentication & Access Management area and related technology:
1. Authentication space (10+ years) MUST:
1. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) including password less MFA.
2. Security knowledge of various technology & protocols - Biometric authentication, WebAuthn, FIDO, NIST Biometric Data Exchange Format, PKI, Mobile MFA, OTP, behavior & risk-based authentication.

2. Access Management space (10+ years):

1. Identity Federation & Single Sign-On (SSO)
2. Expert knowledge of implementing SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0
3. Security knowledge about session management
4. Identity gateway (proxy) and similar implementation knowledge

6. Must have working knowledge of some of the IAM products

1. MFA Products: PingID, PingOne MFA, IDEMIA, Ping Verify, Badge, etc.
