SCHEDULE: Full Time - Monday through Friday, Saturdays for extra hours!

TRAINING: This position had paid training. Training lasts between 1-2 weeks depending on the candidate and their background.

GROWTH: Someone in this role would start entry-level and would be promoted based on their own hard work. This position does NOT grow by seniority! You can simply pass someone by just by working harder.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
